Delete Your Indigo Sky Account

Signed-in users can request account and data deletion from My Profile. If you cannot sign in, use Support or email us so we can review and verify your request.

Request account deletion

  1. If you can sign in, open My Profile and use the Request account deletion action under Account.
  2. If you cannot sign in, visit Support or email support@indigosky.io.
  3. Include the email address or phone number you used for your Indigo Sky account.
  4. State that you are requesting account and data deletion so support/admin can review and verify the request.
  5. Add any optional context that may help us identify your account and process the request.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@indigosky.io with the email or phone number associated with your account. We may ask for additional information to verify the request before processing.

What happens after you submit a request

Submitting a request does not immediately delete your account. Our support/admin team reviews and verifies deletion requests before processing. We process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, accounting, audit, support, or transaction integrity obligations. You may lose access after the request is processed.

Some records may be retained when legally, audit, payment, support, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, transactional, or operational integrity reasons require retention. Where full deletion is not appropriate, we may anonymize, redact, detach, or restrict personal information.
