Email trust

How to recognize email from Indigo Sky

Indigo Sky Broker Tours is powered by Agent CoPilot. Our public website, secure application, and email domain have different jobs—and this page explains each one without asking you to sign in or provide personal information.

Verification pending

No tours-domain sender is listed as verified yet.

Indigo Sky will add an exact sender identity here only after a newly received message confirms that SPF, DKIM, and DMARC pass. Until then, independently contact support if a message seems unfamiliar.

One service relationship, without interchangeable domains

A sender domain, authentication domain, link destination, and application host can serve different security and communication purposes. Check the role of each address before acting.

indigosky.io

The public source for Indigo Sky Broker Tours information, support, legal pages, and independent domain verification.

app.indigosky.io

Reserved for secure account and tour workflows after the separately approved production transition. Until then, follow application links published on indigosky.io.

indigoskytours.com

The domain being prepared for recognizable Indigo Sky email. It is not a second website and does not create marketing permission.

agentcopilot.io

The Agent CoPilot platform behind Indigo Sky. This relationship does not mean an Indigo Sky visitor has an Agent CoPilot account or shared marketing consent.

Authentication results are useful evidence—not a complete safety guarantee

In Gmail, open the message, choose the three-dot menu, and select Show original. Review the result before trusting a new sender or following an unfamiliar link.

  1. 1

    Check the visible identity

Read the full From address, not only the display name. Compare the domain with the roles shown on this page.

  2. 2

    Review SPF, DKIM, and DMARC

A legitimate transition message should show all three as passing before Indigo Sky lists its sender here as verified.

  3. 3

    Evaluate the request

Passing authentication shows how the message was sent. It does not prove every link, request, or statement in the message is safe.

What Indigo Sky will not ask you to send by email

Stop and navigate independently to indigosky.io if a message asks for sensitive information or creates pressure to bypass normal security steps.

  • Your password
  • A one-time verification code
  • MLS credentials
  • Payment or banking details by reply
  • An authentication token or secure-action link
  • Private client information for sender verification

Need an independent check?

Start a new message to support@indigosky.io rather than replying to the message you are questioning. Share only non-sensitive details or a screenshot with secrets and codes removed. No response-time promise is made on this page.

Email support independently

For promotional email, use the unsubscribe link in that specific message. Operational tour notices are handled separately under the applicable service workflow.
